Your responsibilities
Reporting to the Finance team, you will contribute to monitoring and analyzing the company's financial performance, working closely with operational teams and Project Managers.
Your main responsibilities will include:
-Supporting budget monitoring for activities and projects, and analyzing variances between forecasts and actual results.
-Preparing and updating financial reports and dashboards to monitor key performance indicators.
-Contributing to monthly closing activities and monitoring project costs, revenue and profitability.
-Analyzing cost variations and working with the relevant teams to understand the key drivers behind variances.
-Working closely with Project Managers and operational teams to support the financial monitoring of their activities and provide greater visibility on project performance.
-Contributing to budgeting and forecasting processes by collecting, consolidating and challenging data from different stakeholders.
-Improving and streamlining reporting tools, including through automation and process optimization.
-Performing ad hoc financial analyses for the Finance and Management teams and contributing to various performance improvement initiatives.

-You are currently pursuing a Master's degree in Finance, Management Control, Accounting or Business, and are looking for an apprenticeship opportunity.
-You have a strong interest in financial analysis, performance monitoring and project management.
-You are analytical, rigorous and comfortable working with figures, while also being able to step outside of purely financial topics to understand operational challenges.
-You enjoy working closely with operational teams and Project Managers, asking questions, gathering information and understanding the business realities behind the numbers.
-You have good communication and interpersonal skills and are comfortable interacting with different stakeholders.
-You are proficient in Microsoft Excel and have an appetite for developing your skills in reporting and data analysis tools.
-You are fluent in English, both written and spoken, and are comfortable working in an international environment.
-You are curious, proactive and eager to learn, with a hands-on approach and the ability to take initiative.
