About the project
VENUS is a landmark project for TotalEnergies: the first Oil & Gas deep offshore facilities in Namibian waters, at 3,000m water depth, with a CAPEX exceeding 10 BUSD. The project includes drilling and completing 38 wells (DRILLEX > 3 BUSD), with the ambition to maximize reserves and economic performance while reducing GHG emissions and maintaining the highest technical and H3SE standards.
Your mission
As part of the FPSO team, you will:
✅ Support the FPSO Lead Rotating on technical & operational integration of rotating equipment across the project lifecycle
✅ Ensure engineering solutions comply with company standards and client requirements
✅ Lead technical coordination between vendors, contractors, and internal teams
✅ Drive reliability and performance optimization of rotating machinery
✅ Support commissioning & start-up phases
✅ Contribute to FATs, technical audits & HAZOP reviews
✅ Champion HSE best practices in all activities

What we're looking for
🎯 Confirmed experience in FPSO projects
🎯 Confirmed level in Rotating Equipment
🎯 Confirmed experience with FATs, technical audits, HAZOP
🎯 Fluent English, strong communication skills, comfortable in multicultural environments
🎯 Willingness to travel across France, South Korea, China, and the UK as required by project needs
