I - Duties and Responsibilities As Planning and control assistant you will report to the Budget planning and Analysis Manager Your main missions are: - To obtain and collect all information having an impact on the company's results; ensure its quality and relevance. - To contribute to the monthly analysis of the company's performance by studying variances between results, budgets, and objectives. - To participate in the drafting of business review summaries. - To participate in gap analysis and on demand. - To prepare and present accounting and financial information. 1 - On a daily basis: - To update and control the quality, coherence and accuracy of the information entered in the internal Database (Internal Tool ET PETRA) on counterparties contracts (verification, modification, reporting, configuration etc.). - To update and control accuracy of various files as: - Manufacturers List (Template for distributors) - Manufacturers Book (with updated contracts conditions) - Distributors + Affiliates List with dates of entrance/departure (Template for manufacturers) - Daily follow-up of manufacturers and distributors requests - Review of Products Categories - Review of Vehicles Categories 2 ET On a regular basis: - KPIs follow-up and consistency - Manufacturers Compliance (in reporting data) ? Turnovers previous & current year ? Products & Vehicles Categories - Distributors Compliance (in reporting data) ? ID Cards ? Turnovers current year Nexus & non-Nexus manufacturers + Forecast ? Products & Vehicles Categories 3 ET Monthly / quarterly and on demand Business Control Analysis. - Import data on a monthly/quarterly level in PETRA - Invoicing, payment verification, pay-out to clients (distributors) 4 - Participate to the Year-End Closing. - Data reconciliation between NAI partners - Bonus File Preparation and Control 5 ET The incumbent could insure some accounting activities ET Technical skills - Excellent command in Pack-Office - Mastery of information systems: Excel spreadsheets, databases, ERP, etc. - Good accounting knowledge - Data analysis skills - Good knowledge of business lines and company operations - Fluent in French and English ET Professional skills - Strong organizational skills that reflect ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks seamlessly with excellent attention to details. - Flexible, proactive, and responsive to the quickly changing demands of the Business. - Highly operational, agile, and autonomous. - Ability to anticipate, prepare, manage planning and tasks. - Ability to cope with start-up spirit and fast-growing environment.
