Founded in Geneva in 2012,  this company is the leading last-mile delivery service in Switzerland.   It is a food-tech company connecting Swiss consumers with more than 2,500 restaurants and 100 retailers. It is constantly exploring additional services to expand our core offering.   All mobile apps, the website and other proprietary tech and software is built in-house. It stands for a diverse, dynamic and open corporate culture with more than 100 employees across 2 different office locations. The role of Sales Lead presents an exciting opportunity to leverage your sales acumen and leadership abilities in establishing an exceptional sales team and expanding the roster of businesses collaborating.   You are an individual to guide, empower, and oversee a group of sales professionals and account managers.   This entails establishing daily/weekly sales objectives, stimulating performance, upholding strong work principles and team morale, and working closely with the Marketing and Operations teams to refine operations and enable informed decisions.   You possess a natural aptitude for sales and a fervent dedication to nurturing and cultivating talents. Your central objective will revolve around assembling a robust team capable of onboarding new restaurants that align with our sales criteria, while also fostering the growth of our existing portfolio. You will foster the enhancement of your team's skills and steer internal processes to position our sales efforts for triumph!   What you will do :   - Achieve and consistently exceed monthly sales targets with your team - Communicate and set clear expectations, stay on top of new information and passes along to the team; communicates the Why behind the information or decision - Act as a mentor, be available to your team by maintaining a consistent presence on the floor and acts as the first point of contact for partner concerns on critical/ time-sensitive issues - Hold weekly 1:1 with your team to discuss their metrics after reviewing the dashboards - Deliver useful feedback to your team who are either outperforming or underperforming on critical metrics (sales activities, conversion, QA) and career development. - Maintain team harmony and high motivation across team members, address team concerns in an effective and timely manner - Manage enforcement policies including attendance and discipline for the team - Contribute to strategic plans to improve the team performance and important metrics - Build and maintain a dedication culture passionate about delivering first class sales support - Help us identify and build standard processes for your sales team and others - Partner with the Ops teams to efficiently support the best restaurants in Switzerland - Act as an ambassador of company's mission, brand, and product What you bring with you :   - Bachelors or masters degree in Business, Hospitality, Marketing or equivalent - Min 5 years of experience in sales. Experience in e-commerce would be a plus - Proven ability to negotiate in a competitive environment and high resistance to pressure - High level of entrepreneurial spirit, combined with sense of accountability and ethical standards - Experience of working as part of a multicultural, multilingual and geographically dispersed team - Open-minded, self-starter and can-do approach who thrives with a high degree of autonomy and has an affinity for numbers and analysis - Highly motivated, salesperson who is well networked in Switzerland - Ability to drive business growth, meet business objectives, and act as a key spokesperson - Tech enthusiast with CRM experience - Excellent communication skills in French and English, additional German or Italian would be highly desirable but not mandatory     Points incontournables Min 5 years of experience in sales.
